DEXX — DIVERSE ELEMENT OF XX

A T-POP boy group from DMD MUSIC, bringing together six members: JAMESSU, TUTOR, YIM, AUAU, POR and TEETEE.

The six members join forces to give their all in singing, dancing, acting and performance. Each brings his own style, character and charm. Together, they create a chemistry that is bright, fun and always full of surprises—true to the name DEXX, a group that brings differences together.

Terms & Conditions

ACTIVITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customers who purchase any LABX Clinic services or treatments at any LABX Clinic branch, through LABX’s official online and social media channels, or who purchase LABX DEXX Cash Vouchers through www.LABXDEXX.com during the activity period may use their purchases to accumulate spending toward selection as one of 20 Top Spenders and to earn entries for a chance to become one of 30 Lucky Fans.

2. The period for accumulating spending and entries runs from 15 September to 31 October 2026 at 23:59.

3. The 20 customers with the highest net accumulated spending will qualify as Top Spenders to attend LABX x DEXX : THE PRIVATE SESSION Nº.01.

4. For Lucky Fans, every THB 2,000 in accumulated purchases = 1 entry for a chance to become one of 30 Lucky Fans.

5. Lucky Fans entries will be calculated from net purchases verified by the Company. Any remainder below a full THB 2,000 will not count toward an additional entry.

6. Customers may accumulate spending across multiple purchases. All purchases must be registered under the same first and last name and telephone number for spending to be combined and eligibility verified.

7. Purchases made by another person cannot be combined with a customer’s spending, transferred, or subsequently reassigned to a different registered participant.

8. Purchases will count toward Top Spender totals and Lucky Fans entries only after payment has been made in full and activity registration has been successfully completed in accordance with the Company’s requirements. Purchases already counted toward the activity cannot subsequently be cancelled or refunded.

9. If a refund occurs after the results have been announced and causes a selected participant’s accumulated spending or number of entries to fall outside the eligibility requirements, the Company reserves the right to revoke that participant’s entitlement and consider awarding it to the next eligible person.

10. If the Company identifies purchases or registrations intended to commit fraud, or transactions created in bad faith to inflate spending or entry totals, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the activity.

Top Spender Ranking Updates

1. LABX will update the Top Spender rankings via Instagram: Labxclinic; X: @LABXClinic; Facebook: LABX Clinic Thaland and LABX Laser Center, on 22 and 29 September 2026, and 6, 13, 20, 27, 30 and 31 October 2026, at 18:00.

2. Rankings announced during the activity period reflect purchase totals verified by the Company as of that time and do not constitute the official final rankings.

3. The Company will recheck all purchases and transaction details before announcing the Final Top Spender results.

Lucky Fans

1. Every THB 2,000 in accumulated purchases = 1 entry for a chance to become a Lucky Fan.

2. The Company will conduct a draw to select 30 Lucky Fans on 3 November 2026.

3. Each person’s number of draw entries will be calculated from verified net purchases.

4. Draw entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or combined with another person’s entries.

Results Announcement and Confirmation

1. The names of 20 Top Spenders and 30 Lucky Fans will be announced on 6 November 2026 at 18:00 through LABX’s official social media channels.

2. Selected participants must verify their identity and confirm their attendance by 11 November 2026 at 23:59 via LINE OA: LABX PR >> https://go.labxclinic.com/PR or via Email: labx.clinic@gmail.com. Please provide your full name and attach a valid proof of identity, such as a national ID card or passport, for verification and confirmation of eligibility to participate in the activity.

3. Any selected participant who does not verify their identity within the specified period will be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement. The Company reserves the right to award it to the next eligible person in accordance with its criteria.

4. Selected participants must present identification documents. Their information must match the first and last name and telephone number used to register their accumulated spending.

5. Admission is reserved exclusively for the selected participants named in the Company’s announcement. Admission entitlements cannot be transferred, reassigned or sold to another person.

Event Details

1. LABX x DEXX : THE PRIVATE SESSION Nº.01 will take place on 22 November 2026, from 14:00 onward.

2. Top Spenders and Lucky Fans who successfully verify their identity and complete registration will receive an Invitation Card from LABX containing the venue, time and event schedule.

3. Selected participants must be able to attend on the date, at the time and at the venue specified by the Company. If unable to attend, they may not exchange their entitlement for cash, products, services or any other benefits.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. LABX Clinic and Social Media Channels

1.1 Customers who purchase any services or treatments at any LABX Clinic branch or through LABX’s official social media channels, such as LINE Official Account, Facebook, Instagram and other Company channels, during the activity period must submit their receipt or proof of payment for registration through LABX’s LINE Official Account.

1.2 Customers must complete the activity’s Google Form in the Rich Menu of LABX’s LINE Official Account and attach all required receipts or proof of payment to accumulate spending for Top Spender ranking and entries for Lucky Fans.

1.3 Registration must be completed by 31 October 2026 at 23:59.

1.4 Registration will be considered complete once the Company has received all required information and supporting documents and successfully verified the purchases.

1.5 Customers making multiple purchases may submit additional registrations, using the same first and last name and telephone number every time.

2. Website: www.LABXDEXX.com

2.1 Customers who purchase LABX DEXX Cash Vouchers through www.LABXDEXX.com may redeem them for services at any LABX Clinic branch, subject to the Company’s terms and conditions.

2.2 Once payment through the website is successful, the system will automatically register the purchases to accumulate spending for Top Spender ranking and entries for Lucky Fans.

2.3 Website purchases and spending accumulation are available from 15 September to 31 October 2026 at 23:59.

2.4 Customers should ensure that their first and last name, telephone number and order information are correct so that purchases can be combined and eligibility verified.

Terms for Top Spender and Lucky Fans Participation

1. Purchases of LABX DEXX Cash Vouchers will count toward Top Spender accumulated spending and the calculation of Lucky Fans entries only after payment has been made in full and the Company has successfully verified the transaction or registration in accordance with the activity terms.

2. Once purchases have been verified and included in Top Spender accumulated spending and/or Lucky Fans entries, the order cannot subsequently be cancelled, refunded or withdrawn from the activity.

3. The entitlement to accumulate spending for Top Spender and Lucky Fans belongs solely to the registered purchaser. Even if a LABX DEXX Cash Voucher is subsequently passed on to another person for service redemption, the accumulated spending or Lucky Fans entries will not transfer with the voucher.

4. The Company reserves the right to verify the accuracy of orders, payments, registrations and voucher use, and to amend details or conditions as appropriate, in accordance with Company requirements and applicable laws.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customers should retain receipts, proof of payment, order numbers or proof of registration until the activity ends to support eligibility verification.

2. The Company reserves the right to verify participants’ information, proof of purchase, proof of payment and registration details before announcing or confirming entitlements.

3. If a participant qualifies as both a Top Spender and a Lucky Fan, the Company reserves the right to determine their entitlements in accordance with the activity’s criteria and will notify the participant of the details.

4. The Company reserves the right to amend the activity details, terms or schedule as appropriate, without materially affecting entitlements already granted to participants.

5. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue or format as appropriate.

6. Participation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all activity terms and conditions.

7. In the event of a dispute concerning registration, accumulated spending calculations, number of entries, rankings, the draw or confirmation of entitlements, the Company’s decision will be final to the extent permitted by law.
