2. Business Policies for Service-Based Businesses<\/b><\/p>

2.1 Service Purchase Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>

Customers who wish to cancel an order may submit a cancellation request <\/span>within 24 hours from the time the payment is successfully completed<\/b>, provided that the related service, benefit, or Cash Voucher has not yet been used.<\/span><\/p>

If any service, benefit, or Cash Voucher has already been redeemed or used, the Company reserves the right to reject the cancellation request.<\/span><\/p>

For cancelled orders, the purchase amount and any related benefits under the <\/span>LABX x DEXX<\/b> campaign, including <\/span>Top Spender accumulated spending and Lucky Fans entries<\/b>, will be cancelled and cannot be reinstated or counted again.<\/span><\/p>

Any refund following an approved cancellation will be processed in accordance with the <\/span>Company\u2019s Refund Policy<\/b> and the original payment method used by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

2.2 Refund Policy<\/b><\/p>

Customers may submit a refund request if the order is cancelled <\/span>within 24 hours from the time the payment is successfully completed<\/b>, provided that the related service, benefit, or <\/span>LABX DEXX Cash Voucher<\/b> has not yet been used or redeemed.<\/span><\/p>

All refund requests are subject to review in accordance with the Company\u2019s terms and conditions. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the <\/span>customer\u2019s original payment method<\/b>. The actual time required for the refund to be credited may vary depending on the card issuer, bank, or payment service provider.<\/span><\/p>

If the customer has already used or redeemed any service, benefit, or Cash Voucher, or if the refund request is submitted after the specified period, the Company reserves the right to refuse the refund, except in cases caused by an error on the Company\u2019s part or where otherwise required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>

Once a refund has been successfully processed, the corresponding purchase amount and all related benefits under the <\/span>LABX x DEXX campaign, including Top Spender accumulated spending and Lucky Fans entries<\/b>, will be cancelled and will no longer be eligible for accumulation or calculation.<\/span><\/p>

3. Additional Terms and Conditions for LABX DEXX Cash Voucher<\/b><\/p>

3.1 Cash Voucher Validity<\/b><\/p>

The <\/span>LABX DEXX Cash Voucher<\/b> is valid for use from <\/span>15 September 2026 to 31 August 2027<\/b> only.<\/span><\/p>

After the expiration date, the Voucher will be deemed expired and can no longer be used, refunded, exchanged, or compensated in cash or any other benefits.<\/span><\/p>

3.2 Transfer or Assignment of Cash Voucher<\/b><\/p>

Customers may <\/span>transfer an unused LABX DEXX Cash Voucher to another person<\/b>, who may use the Voucher to pay for treatments or services at LABX Clinic, subject to the Company\u2019s applicable terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

Once the Voucher has been used or redeemed, the rights associated with that Voucher will be deemed fully exercised, and <\/span>any remaining value or benefits that have already been used cannot be transferred to another person<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

3.3 Cash Redemption and Withdrawal<\/b><\/p>

The <\/span>LABX DEXX Cash Voucher cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash<\/b>. The value of the Voucher also cannot be transferred to a bank account, user account, or converted into cash credit.<\/span><\/p>

If the value of the purchased treatment or service is lower than the value of the Voucher, <\/span>no cash change or remaining balance will be provided or carried forward for future use<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>
